The SANDMANN™ online store provides guarantees (WARRANTY PERIOD) for all products presented and sold through the Website www.sandmannstore.com within 30 (thirty) calendar days, starting from the day following the day of purchase. In order to preserve these guarantees during the entire warranty period, we ask you to familiarize yourself in advance with the information on the care of the products (goods) and the characteristics of the products (goods) themselves, information about which is posted in the relevant sections of the Website and on the labels of the products (goods).
In case of violation of the terms of use and care of the product, the Seller does not bear warranty obligations to the Buyer.
Please note that the warranty on the products (goods) does not apply in the following cases:
– natural operational wear of products (goods);
– damage to products (goods), such as: tears, cuts and scuffs in the area of seams or the fabric itself;
– burnout, fading and contamination of products (goods) as a result of improper operation or care of them;
– formation of pellets on used products (goods);
– yellowing, oxidation, the appearance of rust on the accessories of products (goods);
– other defects related to improper operation of products (goods), violation of the rules of care, storage and transportation, as well as as a result of damage to products (goods) from the actions of third parties or force majeure.
The warranty period for accessories corresponds to the warranty period for products (goods).
The term of elimination of defects under warranty obligations may not exceed 45 (forty-five) calendar days, starting from the day following the day of purchase.
In case of detection of defects during the Warranty period, including detection of defects during the operation of products (goods) during the warranty period, the Seller assumes all costs of organizing the exchange or return of products of inadequate quality.
Warranty cases include the following defects (defects) Product:

– traces of foreign substances on the tissue;
– violation of the geometry of the fittings.
In all other cases, if the return of products (goods) is not related to the identification of its production defects / defects / defects, the procedure for the exchange / return of products (goods) sold through the Website www.sandmannstore.com it is carried out in accordance with the approved regulations (compiled in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation in terms of offline and online trading and the law “About consumer protection”).

RETURN OF THE PRODUCT WHEN BUYING IN THE ONLINE STORE www.sandmannstore.com
The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods at any time before receiving it, having previously notified the sender, and after receiving the Goods – within 7 (seven) days “On approval of the Rules for the sale of goods by remote means.”) when buying in an online store. The parcel is sent by any courier company, all shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. (In accordance with paragraph 21 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 27.09.2007 N 612 (ed. of 30.11.2019).
The buyer has the right to return the goods of PROPER QUALITY within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, not counting the day of purchase. The return of goods of proper quality is carried out if the specified product was not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels are preserved, and there is also a sales receipt or a cash receipt or other document confirming payment for the specified goods. (According to paragraph 1 of Article 25 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Consumer Rights Protection” dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1).
Please note that all costs for the return of the Goods, as well as customs and other additional fees (for international shipments) are paid by the Buyer, according to the tariffs of transport companies and customs duties of the host country.

The return of used Goods is not possible (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 19.01.1998 N 55 (ed. of 16.05.2020) “On approval of the Rules for the sale of certain types of goods, a list of durable goods that are not subject to the buyer’s requirement to grant him free of charge for the period of repair or replacement of similar goods, and a list of non-food products of appropriate quality, not subject to return or exchange for a similar product of other size, shape, size, style, color or configuration”).
The return and exchange of goods made to order is not possible. The reason is the prohibition established by clause 4 of Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation of 07.02.1992 “On Consumer Protection”
, It is impossible to return goods from the categories “Cosmetics”, “Underwear” and “Swimwear”.
EXCHANGE OF GOODS
In connection with the purchase of Goods by remote means of sale, the Buyer’s right to demand the exchange of Goods of proper quality for similar Goods of a different color, style, etc. cannot be realized due to the impossibility of observing the exchange rules established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. SELF-RETURN OF GOODS
Self-dispatch of the Goods to the Seller’s address is possible only after agreement with an authorized employee of the Seller. You will be provided with detailed instructions on the preparation of the Goods and accompanying documentation for shipment (you will need to fill out an Application for the return of the Goods), as well as the exact address for the delivery of the returned Products. The cost of sending it yourself is not compensated.
PICK-UP BY COURIER (IN MOSCOW AND UP TO 30 KM BEYOND THE MKAD)
In order to save your time, the SANDMANN online store can organize the collection of the returned Goods independently. You only need to prepare the product properly, make sure that its factory labels, packaging, payment receipt are preserved, and also fill out an Application for the return of the Goods. Further, in agreement with the authorized employee of the Seller of the date of the courier’s visit, you will need to transfer the parcel. One attempt is given to transfer the parcel. The cost of the shipment in case of an unsuccessful transfer is not compensated. The cost of a courier’s arrival in Moscow within the MKAD is 500 rubles, up to 30 km beyond the MKAD – 600 rubles.
RETURN FROM THE REGIONS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND ABROAD
To return the products, contact the authorized employee of the Seller in any way convenient for you (visit the CONTACTS section in the header of the site). After agreeing on all the details of the return and the completeness of the accompanying documents, you will be provided with data for self-courier delivery of the Goods to the Seller (delivery must be carried out by courier to the door).
Since the returned goods remain the property and responsibility of the buyer until they are received and inspected by an authorized employee of the Seller for the safety of the presentation, we strongly recommend packing the goods as securely as possible so that the goods are not damaged in transit, and also keep the bill of lading or receipt as confirmation of the return in case of damage / loss parcels by courier service.
RETURN OF GOODS OF INADEQUATE QUALITY

The buyer has the right to return the goods of INADEQUATE QUALITY if:
– the warranty period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods has not expired;
– the defect was detected by the Buyer during the Warranty period;

The shipment of the returned goods according to the Application for examination and the return of the Goods is carried out at the expense of the Buyer.
The package must include:
– product;
– tags and labels;
– a copy of the passport (main page);
– completed application for examination and return of goods;
– a printed electronic receipt or a letter confirming the purchase (if available).
Within 20 (twenty) working days, wait for a response from the Administrator of the online store (an authorized employee of the Seller) to the Application for examination and return of the Goods with information about the result of the examination. In case of disagreement with the results of the examination, the Buyer conducts an independent examination at his own expense.
